Last Monday, May 26, our century-old facilities hosted a very special day as part of the celebrations for EL GRIFO's 250th anniversary.

In collaboration with the Canarias Wine Academy and WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) , we organized a high-level training session aimed at the wine industry. The event focused on the Systematic Tasting Technique (SAT), an internationally recognized tool for tasting, describing, and communicating about wines with rigor and objectivity.

The training was led by Ana María Martín, DipWSET , and David Martín , Director of School Development for Spain and EMEA, who led a tasting of international wines to demonstrate WSET's methodological approach firsthand.
