CHANGES IN DELIVERED PRODUCTS
If for any reason, once the merchandise has been delivered, the customer wishes to make a change or modification to the order placed through the website, either by requesting different products than those originally ordered or by modifying the quantity requested in the original order, they have a period of 14 natural days and it must be accepted by Bodegas El Grifo.
You must contact Bodegas El Grifo's Customer Service department at the email address administracion@elgrifo.com. In the subject of the email, the customer must include the word "Change", the order number, and the products requested in the new order, as well as their quantity.
Under no circumstances will the change be made when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated, or exposed to inappropriate conditions. The products must be returned, if applicable, properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for subsequent sale.
If the change request does not include all the products from the original order or the total amount of the new order is lower than that of the original order, Bodegas El Grifo will refund, upon acceptance of the change request, and once the unwanted products have been received, the amount paid by the customer corresponding exclusively to the returned products.
Bodegas El Grifo may retain the refund until the returned goods have been received.
The customer will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the change.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Bodegas El Grifo guarantees the quality and perfect condition of its products, as well as compliance with their specifications and other labeling information.
If a product shows visible signs of deterioration or has suffered any damage during transportation, the customer must expressly communicate this situation on the delivery note and reject the order, notifying us of the incident.
If the delivery is accepted, the customer must expressly communicate the situation on the delivery note and contact us immediately (within a maximum period of two days after delivery). In this case, the customer will be asked to send us a photograph or video clearly showing the existing problem, as well as any necessary reference to identify the order number or dispatch.
For any incidents, the User must contact Bodegas El Grifo's Customer Service department at the email address administracion@elgrifo.com, indicating in the subject the word "Return" and the order number.
In any of these cases, Bodegas El Grifo will proceed to the immediate and free replacement of the affected products, assuming all expenses derived from the return for this reason.
WITHDRAWAL
