EL GRIFO ships directly to:

- Czech Republic
Purchases to other destinations cannot be made through our website.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products purchased. Exact costs will be displayed during the purchasing process.
Shipping is free for orders exceeding: €75 for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. - €175 for shipments to other countries.
Delivery times are as follows:
- Canary Islands and Mainland Spain: within 24/48 hours
- Balearic Islands: within 48/72 hours
- European Union countries: within 7 to 10 days.
EL GRIFO is not responsible for delivery delays due to external causes, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure. Shipping costs include transportation, special packaging for bottles, insurance against loss or breakage, and VAT.
Delivery will be made to the address designated by the User. EL GRIFO assumes no responsibility if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect data provided by the User or absence of the recipient at the delivery address.
