At EL GRIFO , our entire vineyard is certified organic , guaranteeing environmentally responsible management. We do not use synthetic chemicals—such as herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers—and instead rely on natural methods that preserve soil fertility and the quality of the ecosystem.
This working model promotes biodiversity , natural balance , and soil health . We reuse organic matter from the farm itself, encourage the presence of beneficial insects, and apply techniques that reduce water and energy consumption.
