The magazine Máquinas del Tiempo includes EL GRIFO LÍAS 2023 in its April 2026 issue among a selection of premium references from the world of spirits and wine. The publication gives prominent coverage to our most iconic label in its section led by Josep Ventura, head of Club MDT.

Ventura presents Malvasía Volcánica and the Lías label as the most faithful expression of Lanzarote's volcanic landscape: a grape and a wine that tell, in every bottle, who we are and the direction pursued by the team led by winemaker Elisa Ludeña. An identity built with patience and consistency over decades.

The author takes as his starting point the 250th anniversary wine, vintage 2018, which demonstrated the potential of this label at a particularly symbolic moment for the winery. The 2023 vintage, he notes, only confirms that trajectory: Lías remains the wine that best articulates what EL GRIFO is and what Lanzarote can offer the world.

The Máquinas del Tiempo selection places EL GRIFO alongside internationally recognised names such as The Macallan and Finca Villacreces, in a publication aimed at a discerning and knowledgeable reader.
