The Vineyard of the Impossible
At EL GRIFO, we have been making wine for 250 years in one of the most demanding regions in the world.
The volcanic soil, lack of rain, and constant wind force us to work the vines manually, plant by plant, using traditional techniques adapted to the environment.
Each vine grows in a hole protected by a stone wall, seeking water in the depths and sheltering from the weather.
