On the weekend of June 1st, EL GRIFO had the honor of bringing together eight distinguished Michelin-starred restaurants in Lanzarote for an exclusive series of food and wine, landscape, and culture, to commemorate our 250th anniversary.

During the two-day celebration, sommeliers and owners of some of Spain's finest restaurants enjoyed an immersive experience exploring the winery's history, territory, and philosophy.

Participants toured the century-old vineyards, visited the winery's Museum and Family House, enjoyed a private tasting led by the winery's oenologist, Elisa Ludeña, and hiked among the large pits of Finca Testeina and the foothills of Juan Bello Mountain to learn about regenerative viticulture practices and its innovative winter harvest.

🍷 They sampled local cuisine in unique settings such as the Mirador de las Salinas, La Cascada de Puerto , and the Emmax restaurant.
