On the weekend of June 1st, EL GRIFO had the honor of bringing together eight distinguished Michelin-starred restaurants in Lanzarote for an exclusive event focused on food and wine, landscape and culture, to mark our 250th anniversary.

During the two-day celebration, sommeliers and owners of some of the best restaurants in Spain experienced an immersive journey through the history, territory, and philosophy of the winery.

Participants toured the centuries-old vineyards, visited the Museum and the Family Home of the winery, enjoyed a private tasting led by the winery's oenologist, Elisa Ludeña, walked among the large pits of Finca Testeina and the foothills of the Juan Bello mountain to learn about regenerative viticulture practices and its innovative winter harvest.

🍷 They enjoyed local cuisine in unique settings such as the Mirador de las Salinas, La Cascada de Puerto and the Emmax restaurant.
