This standard establishes the most demanding requirements for food safety management systems , integrating risk analysis, traceability and continuous improvement at all stages of the process: winemaking, aging and bottling .
What does ISO 22000:2018 certification guarantee?

The certification confirms that all our processes are designed to guarantee the safety of the final product , preventing physical, chemical or biological contamination at any stage of the production cycle.
2. Full traceability and continuous verification
Each batch of wine can be traced from grape to bottle. Controls are applied at origin, production, storage, and distribution, complying with international food safety standards recognized by ISO.
