Tasting notes:
At sight, its intense garnet red color stands out, with a medium layer, fine and elegant. On the nose it is a unique wine, complex due to the blend of both varieties and its aging in oak, red fruits such as cassis or raspberry, roasted touches of toffee or caramel. Penetrating and fresh, given its Atlantic character. In the mouth it has a sweet and balanced entry, with ripe tannins that lengthen its journey.
Elaboration:
Both varietals are made separately, blending the two before malolactic fermentation. This second fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, of different toasts and with a capacity of 500 L, seeking to increase complexity and balance between fruit and wood, this wine is aged for 6 months. Its production ends after a period of aging in the bottle for 6 months, which provides roundness and smoothness.

VOLCANO HERITAGE
Fire, wind and rock create extreme conditions from which wines with a marked character and personality are born, with which we discover the soul of a land and climate unique in the world.
What the experts say
Wine matured in oak, with a symbiosis of the Listán Negro varieties, an endemic variety from the Canary Islands, and a Syrah perfectly adapted and mutated to the landscape and volcanic soil of Lanzarote. The Listán Negro provides the Atlantic character, fresh, lively and original, while the Syrah, grown in the family's family vineyard, provides the necessary structure for its maturation in barrels.
