Elaboration:
This naturally sweet, liqueur wine was made with grapes from our oldest Moscatel vines (some date back to the 19th century). After raisining by sun exposure and subsequent maceration with the skins, the fermentation was stopped by adding wine alcohol with 95 gr/L of natural sugars. It has been subjected to a long oxidative aging, it must be carried out for at least 30 years in 500-liter oak barrels. The name of this wine pays tribute to Ana Brito, born in El Grifo in 1880, the year from which our first oxidatively aged muscat dates back
