Sweet white wine, made from the grape variety Muscat of Alexandria , with strains prephylloxera aged between 100-150 years, cultivated under volcanic lava holes called “ chabocos ”. In its production, the grapes are exposed to sunlight, headed and aged in soleras since 1880.

Elaboration:
This naturally sweet, liqueur wine was made with grapes from our oldest Moscatel vines (some date back to the 19th century). After raisining by sun exposure and subsequent maceration with the skins, the fermentation was stopped by adding wine alcohol with 95 gr/L of natural sugars. It has been subjected to a long oxidative aging, it must be carried out for at least 30 years in 500-liter oak barrels.
