Single-parcel wine from organic production, made without added sulfites, from Malvasía Volcánica grapes grown in the traditional hollows of La Geria, ungrafted, on the Tablero de Uga estate, owned by our associated grower Ramón Perera.
An ancestral sparkling wine born from absolute respect for volcanic soils and the biodiversity of the ecosystem, reflecting the purity of a landscape unique in the world. It ferments naturally in the bottle, without added yeasts or sugars, preserving the vitality and direct expression of the fruit.
Its bubbles are fine and lively, with aromas of white fruit, citrus peel and mineral notes reminiscent of volcanic ash. On the palate, it is fresh, tense and saline, with a long finish that conveys all the energy of the terroir.
Limited edition of 2,058 bottles, a wine that captures the free and authentic spirit of Lanzarote.
