Our Wine Lovers Experience & Gastronomy is a complete immersion in the essence of viticulture and gastronomy, through the 250-year history of our winery.
PART ONE: WINE LOVERS EXPERIENCE
Location: EL GRIFO winery
We will welcome you with a glass of our sparkling wine, the ideal starting point to discover a territory and a way of cultivating that are unique in the world.
Accompanied by one of our guides, you will stroll through the Vineyard of the Impossible, where you will learn firsthand about the heroic viticulture of Lanzarote.
The route continues among the centuries-old huts (chabocos), a unique landscape where you will enjoy an immersive tasting surrounded by volcanic history.
We will continue with the old winery, now converted into the Wine Museum, where the original wine press and the foundation stone from 1775 are preserved. From there you will access the Family House and the Library, a space inaugurated by the poet José Hierro and confirmed by José Saramago, which preserves the cultural spirit of EL GRIFO.
Each step reveals a legacy, a way of understanding wine and a commitment to the land that has remained intact for 250 years.

PART TWO: GASTRONOMIC MENU

The experience continues at the EL GRIFO Mozaga Restaurant, where a menu specially created by our chef awaits you.
A proposal that pays homage to regional cuisine and its local products, reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity and harmonized with a selection of our wines.
A gastronomic finale that extends the journey through the flavors and identity of the island.

- Coconut and sweet potato croquette
- Braised leek with mojo palmero sauce and smoked wreckfish
Main course to choose from:
- Saharan squid with cured cheese sauce and sofrito / Marinated Iberian "Pluma" pork with grape sauce and Los Valles potatoes
Dessert of your choice:
- Caramel cream and banana macerated in honey rum / Chocolate fondant with mascarpone ice cream
