Rosado de Lágrima 2023

PRODUCTION

Hand harvested into small picking bins to prevent damage and maceration of the skins upon arrival at the winery. The batches of grapes used to make this wine were analysed from the start of ripening and monitored to determine the best time for harvest.

After the grapes arrived at the winery, they were pressed, and we removed the free-run juice that was extracted as a result of the weight of the grapes when loaded on top of each other into the press. This free-run juice, with minimal contact with the skins, was fermented at a temperature of 17 ºC.

After fermenting, it was quickly racked and the wine was left on its fine less for a month. Once this time passed, it was clarified and filtered quickly to highlight its freshness.

TASTING NOTES.

Appearance: Clear and bright with a pale pink hue.

Aroma: Aromas of red fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry) predominate, although the varietal aromas of the Listán Negro grape variety such as balsam or tomato leaf are also present.

Taste: Refreshing in the mouth, as well as unctuous and with good body.
