[:es]El Museo del Vino de Bodegas El Grifo acogerá el próximo viernes 17 de Abril a las 20.00 horas, el concierto de Carlos Oramas. Este concierto está dentro del programa del CLAS-MU 2015 organizado por la Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé. El precio son 5 euros y el Museo del Vino servirá un picoteo entre acto y acto.

El repertorio será » un recorrido por el repertorio para vihuela, tiorba y guitarra barroca en España e Italia entre los siglos XVI y XVII» .

Carlos Oramas descubre su interés por la música a través del folclore.

Estudia en el Conservatorio Superior de Música de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, en el Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid, Conservatorio de Luxemburgo y Musickhoschüle «Mozarteum» en Salzburgo (Austria).

Ha recibido clases de Demetrio Ballesteros, José Miguel Moreno y Eliot Fisk entre otros.

Ha sido premiado en diferentes concursos como Andrés Segovia, Juventudes Musicales de España Premio Extraordinario Fin de Carrera, etcétera.Como solista ha actuado con la Orquesta Sinfónica del Conservatorio de Luxemburgo y Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, realizando conciertos en Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Brasil, Bolivia, Grecia, Alemania, Luxemburgo, Austria, Suiza y España.Ha grabado para los sellos Opera 3 (Madrid) y ASV (Londres). Y con motivo del 50 aniversario de la muerte del compositor español Manuel de Falla graba un CD junto al guitarrista flamenco Oscar Herrero en homenaje al músico gaditano. En 1999 y a través del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores conjuntamente con la Asociación Española de Cooperación Internacional, realiza una gira por gran parte de la geografía sudamericana con un programa íntegro de música española, actuando en ciudades como Montevideo, Sao Paulo, Santiago de Chile, La Paz, Brasilia, Curitiva, Asunción, …En el 2001 realiza una gira junto a la Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, actuando como solista en auditorios como Philarmonie (Colonia), y Tonhalle (Zurich), obteniendo gran éxito de crítica y público. También ha ofrecido actuaciones conciertos entre otros en el Festival de Canarias (2001), Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Volos (Grecia, 1998), Gira de Conciertos de Castilla-La Mancha (1997) y Festival de Guitarra de Canarias.

Ha colaborado en proyectos con músicos de otros estilos y fruto de ellos surge su primer trabajo discográfico fuera del ámbito clásico “Caminos” (Multitrack, 2002), donde el músico se mueve desde las influencias del jazz y lo clásico hasta la música tradicional, utilizando además de guitarras, instrumentos tradicionales canarios como el timple, las chácaras. ”Caminos” es un trabajo que también puede llegar más allá de este país volcánico.

Porque la música no tiene fronteras. Carlos Oramas discovered his interest in music through the folklore.

He studied at the Conservatory of Music of Las Palmas, in the Madrid Royal Conservatory, Conservatory of Luxembourg and Musickhoschüle «Mozarteum» in Salzburg (Austria).

It has been taught by Demetrio Ballesteros, José Miguel Moreno and Eliot Fisk among others.

He has been awarded in different competitions such as “Andrés Segovia”, Spain “Juventudes  Musicales Award Outstanding Thesis”. As soloist has performed with the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Luxembourg and Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra, performing in Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Greece, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. He has recorded for Opera 3 (Madrid) and ASV (London) record companies. And on the 50th anniversary of the death of the Spanish composer Manuel de Falla recorded a CD with flamenco guitarist Oscar Herrero with a tribute to this Spanish musician. 1999 and through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly with the Spanish Association of International Cooperation, makes a tour through great part of the South American geography with a full program of Spanish music, performing in cities such as Montevideo, Sao Paulo, Santiago de Chile, La Paz, Brasilia, Curitiba, Asunción, … In 2001 he toured with the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra as soloist at venues such as Philharmonie (Cologne), and Tonhalle (Zurich), earning critical acclaim and audience. He has also given concerts including performances at the “Festival de Canarias” (2001), International Guitar Festival of Volos (Greece, 1998) Concert Tour of Castilla-La Mancha (1997) and Guitar Festival from the Canaries.

He has  collaborate on projects with musicians from other styles and the result of this is his first album outside the classical field named “Caminos” (Multitrack 2002), where the musician moves from the influences of jazz and classical to folk music, plus guitars using traditional instruments canaries as timple, chácaras … “Caminos” is a work that can also reach beyond this volcanic country.

Er hat auch Konzerte gegeben, die mal beim «Festival de Canarias» (2001), Internationales Gitarrenfestival von Volos (Griechenland, 1998) Konzertreise von Castilla-La Mancha (1997) und Guitar Festival von den Kanarischen Inseln.

Er hat gemeinsam an Projekten mit Musikern aus anderen Arten und die Folge davon ist, sein erstes Album vor dem klassischen Feld «Caminos» (Multitrack-2002), in dem die Musiker sich von den Einflüssen des Jazz und der Klassik bis zur Volksmusik, sowie Gitarren mit traditionelle Instrumente wie Kanarienvögel Timple, Chácaras … «Caminos» ist eine Arbeit, die auch jenseits dieser Vulkanland erreichen können.
