BASIC PRINCIPLES
Rescuing a grape variety that was widespread in the main land Spain before the phylloxera and is now almost extinct.
WINEMAKING METHOD
We intend to recover this variety with strict aging control and further processing which enhances its terpene character.
WINE-TASTING CHARACTERISTICS
- Appearance: Pale straw-yellow, clear and glossy.
- Nose: Intense, clear, aroma of ripe tones (apricot) aromatic herbs like mint.
- Palate: Fresh, aromatic with a broad finish.
